About This Product
Giving Andy Timmons his signature sound since 2001 was no easy feat for DiMarzio, who offered him a custom bridge humbucker that has only been available on his signature Ibanez since. The AT-1 has been established as Timmons' first-line pickup due to its outstanding blend of balance, warmth and clarity, allowing musicians a wide range of choice when it comes to truly expressing their style. It achieves this balance with use of the exact same patented technology as the PAF 36th Anniversary, although it has been tweaked to bring a hotter sound with a larger focus on good old fashioned rock 'n' roll.
