The American Original Series guitars from Fender capture the classic vibe of their legendary guitars of bygone decades, with modern features, components, build technology, and feel. Leo Fender's Telecaster was the world's first production model solidbody electric guitar. It brought the guitar to the front as a mainstream instrument, with players praising it for its affordable price, trendsetting looks and reliability. The Fender American Original '50s Telecaster pays due homage to the classic '52 model.
